We want you to love your Cirkul experience! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return Policy outlines your rights and options for returning products purchased through www.cirkulfanstore.com


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used flavor cartridges (Sips)

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used bottles or cartridges

  • Opened flavor packs

  • Items purchased as part of final sale or clearance events


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return instructions and confirmation from our team.

  4. Package the items securely and ship them to the return address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) may be deducted.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


6. Subscription Returns & Cancellations

If you are subscribed to a recurring order:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support.

  • Refunds are not issued for already-shipped subscription products unless they are defective or incorrect.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide a photo of the issue and a description.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping if applicable.
