1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our delivery capabilities globally.
4. Subscription Shipping
If you are enrolled in a Cirkul subscription plan:

Your items will ship automatically based on your selected delivery frequency.

You can pause, skip, or adjust your delivery schedule at any time from your account dashboard.

You’ll receive email reminders before each recurring shipment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your account.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost:

Wait 48 hours past the expected delivery date.

Contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.

We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if needed.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
